How much is website hosting?

Professional hosting starts at £35 a month + VAT and business hosting at £55 a month + VAT. Bespoke hosting for busy or complex sites starts at £150 a month + VAT.

Can you take over a website another agency built?

Yes. We regularly take over sites built elsewhere, move them onto our hosting and get them back up to date. We check the site first and tell you about anything that needs fixing.

What does a support contract cover?

Updates, fixes, small changes and help when you need it. Micro support contracts start at £20 a month + VAT, standard contracts at £95 a month, and business contracts with days of developer time from £1,100 a month.

How quickly do you respond?

Support tickets are often answered within hours, not days. Response times are set by your support contract, from 72 hours down to same day.
